For anyone who doesn’t know, Active Autowerke is the authority when it comes to BMW performance tuning. There’s probably some argument pertaining to that last statement but there’s a reason why they’ve been around for 30 years, that’s longer than some of us have been on this planet (me). Active Auto held their 30 year anniversary this past weekend with a little get together at their beautiful facility in Miami, Florida. Active put on this little bash to celebrate their tenure in BMW tuning and to give a little back to the enthusiasts that support Active. They debuted a video that we indirectly helped with that gave a little history about the company that they started 30 years ago that has evolved into what we have today. The video was put together by our friends at www.pixotheory.com, a talented group of guys from Ft Lauderdale that never disappoint when it comes to automotive videos. Active doesn’t have much to do with the Fortune Motorsports CR-Z other than the fact that we are boys and we wanted to show support. Some of the guys from ADV.1 also showed up to show their support as well. See, we’re all friends down here in Miami! This was a great event from Active, and we congratulate those guys for doing it right for a long time, and hopefully a long time to come as well. Check out some of the highlights from the day!
